Our Story

Carbone Al Maha Island is an Italian-American restaurant that was created by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick. The restaurant pays homage to the great Italian-American restaurants of mid-20th century in New York, where food was served with a side of glamour and intrigue.
